This includes economic recovery, health and human services, housing, infra- structure, planning, and natural and cultural resources. Renatus understands this and can help you react, plan and recover accordingly. The ability to coordinate HUD funding, FEMA grants and other Federal programs alongside of private capital is crucial to this process.
Disaster recovery is more than just rebuilding stock or inventory losses. Recovery must include a full economic and community recovery. In addition to the traditional grant management experience; Renatus delivers experience in economic recovery, infrastructure finance, government operations and finance and economic development. The partners and principles each have decades of experience that have contributed to their knowledge and expertise in economic and disaster recovery.
The Federal government and all corresponding agencies approach recovery from this broad perspective. An advisor working for you must share and understand this perspective in order to maximize the recovery process. It is important a recovery advisor provide a complete offering from broad program planning and management to document retention and compliance. We look forward to working with you on your challenging journey to recovery. Together we can bring the opportunity to the front of the challenge.

In order to achieve this; it is important we work together in a partnership with our clients.

Every grant that is applied for; whether it is a 428, 404, 406, CDBG-DR or other Federal grant all work towards rebuilding a community. No grant should be requested without a purpose that is part of your vision and the community goals. Careful planning is required to give life to your community plan, secure the funding for the plan and to make the most effective use of each dollar spent.
